You can become a volunteer to the Southwest CMG in two ways:

Host (Sponsor) a Meeting

Hosts for SWMCG meetings are very important to the ongoing success of the organization. Meetings are held on the first Thursday during the months of March, June, and September. The sponsor provides a meeting place for about 50 people. The sponsor also provides morning continental breakfast and afternoon break drinks. All exhibitors get free table top space so 3 or 4 tables are required, either in the meeting room or just outside of it. A 1 hour slot is available on the agenda where the sponsor is permitted to present their company and product(s), if they desire to do so. If you are interested, please contact the SWCMG Chairperson.

Present a Paper

Making a presentation at the SWCMG is easier than you think. Papers do not need to be formal. Handouts are not required. Sharing your experiences is the keystone of the SWCMG. If you would like to make a presentation, please contact the Program Chair.
