Sponsorship for Spring and Summer Meetings (Average attendance: 45 members)

 

Companies interested in sponsoring these two meetings have the following option:

 

 

1. Total Sponsorship.
1. The company provides a location for the meeting.
2. Company provides breakfast (Continental is fine), lunch and refreshments

       Benefits of Total sponsorship:

 

a.         Website links to Sponsor home page all year.

b.        Your name and link in all announcements ( about six of them)

c.         Thirty-minutes (30 minutes) marketing pitch at breakfast

d.        Forty-five minutes (45 minutes) marketing pitch at lunch.

 

 

**SWCMG reserves the right to add other non-competing sponsors for the tables and collect additional fees to help non-vendor speakers with traveling fees.

 

2. Partial Sponsorship.
1. Site may be picked from vendors, users volunteering meeting rooms

or  from SWCMG having enough budget to pay for a facility.

2. SWCMG has assigned three $500 marketing pitching slots for sponsorship

One breakfast (45 minutes) or Two slots ( 45 minutes each) at lunch time

$250 for tables. (SWCMG reserves the right to assign the number of tables according to space availability per meeting)

First come first serve.

                 a.    Website links to Sponsor’s home page prior to each meeting.

b.    Your name in all announcements

e.         Thirty-minutes (30 minutes) marketing pitch at breakfast or one of the

Forty-five minutes (45 minutes) marketing pitch at lunch.

 

OUR Main Meeting will be held in the FALL (NEW FORMATT)

 

Note: Larger meetings due to a dual track for Mainframe and Open Systems, depending on speaker availability.  This Conference will be Theme Meeting and we are working on building it to an average attendance of 100 members.

Our goal is to build enough speaker topics and sponsorship support to have a dual track and offer affordable training.

Additional Benefits for sponsorship for all meetings

 

Vendors that provide NON-VENDOR speakers will get a free table and sponsor recognition in each agenda announcement as the speaker’s sponsor.

You will be allowed to do a “two minute” description of your company and announce the speaker qualifications and topic.

( SWCMG reserves the right to review and approve the topics for compliance with the context of the meetings, rules and regulations of the organization’s mission and bylaws )
