The Board

	Margaret Greenberg, Chair Employer: Retired Email: Greenberg_Margaret@hotmail.com Bio: Retired from Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago after 25 years. Ms. Greenberg has extensive application development experience on the mainframe. Her evolution into CPE began as an applications liaison for storage usage with the systems programming staff. After running the Information Center, where she explored new tools and improving existing ones. In 1987 she began officially working with capacity planning and performance monitoring on the FRB mainframes. She coordinated the last Capacity Plan to justify replacement of the mainframe. She established and tracked the first SLOs at the Bank. Whenever there appeared to be a problem meeting expectations, she did extensive work using B&B's (now BMC) IMS reporting tools, TSO MON and Omegamon. She spent time working with PC deployment and established SLOs in the distributed environment. Additionally, she worked with operations staff to improve Help Desk performance. Recently she has spent her time working on CMG/MCMG activities. Outside activities include being treasurer of a charity that focuses on Women's literacy, an innocence project supported by a local university and tutoring students.

	Dan Schwarz, Secretary Employer: University of Wisconsin Hospital Email: dan.schwarz@uwalumni.com Bio: Dan has 30 years in IS, almost all with various agencies of the University of Wisconsin. About half of those years were in applications programming. The other half has been in operations and systems. Currently he supervises the systems programming staff in the IS department of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He has been attending MCMG meetings for 14 years and has been a member of the National CMG since '97.

	Jon Suzuki, Board Member Employer: HSBC Bank USA, N.A. Email: jonathan.m.suzuki@us.hsbc.com Bio: Lifetime resident of Chicago area. Graduated from SIU-C with a degree in Computer Science. Has worked for various Chicago area corporations in Systems Programming, Software Support, Capacity Planning and Performance Analysis since 1979. Currently employed by HSBC in Prospect Heights as a Performance Analyst. Married, holds a black belt in Kung-Fu and plays guitar.

	Mike Hines, Webmaster Employer: Purdue University Email: mshines@purdue.edu Bio: Mike has 34 years of experience in data processing related jobs, mostly with mainframe computing. For 5 of those years he has been responsible for performance management and capacity planning at Purdue. He helped establish the first capacity planning and performance monitoring role in ADPC (now ITaP). He has served as a reviewer and session coordinator at CMG National. He is a regular contributor to MeasureIT, a CMG publication.
